EXTERIOR CLEANING & SEALING

Dark, slippery concrete? Give it a fresh start.

The buildup often called “mildew” can include algae, mold and other organic growth. Along the Texas Gulf Coast, humidity, rain and morning dew keep shaded driveways, sidewalks and patios damp. Porous concrete, standing water and accumulated leaves or debris create conditions where growth can return.

More than a curb-appeal issue.

Biological buildup can make concrete slippery when wet. Removing the film improves the appearance of your property and helps address a source of slippery footing on walkways, entrances and outdoor gathering areas.

Clean thoroughly. Seal appropriately.

We assess the surface, discuss suitable treatment for organic buildup, and clean with methods matched to the concrete’s condition. Once the surface is properly prepared and dry, we recommend a sealer suited to its exposure, traffic and traction needs. A suitable penetrating water-repellent sealer can help reduce water absorption.

Cleaning and sealing are part of ongoing care. Growth can return where moisture and debris remain, so keeping drains clear, sweeping leaves and addressing persistent damp areas helps maintain the results.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before we get started.

Which finish is right for my concrete?

It depends on the condition of the slab, whether it is indoors or outdoors, the look you want, and how the space is used. Share photos and your goals so we can discuss epoxy, decorative flake, or a sealed concrete finish.

Do you clean and seal outdoor concrete?

Yes. We offer clean-and-seal and grind-and-seal services for indoor floors and suitable outdoor surfaces, including driveways, patios, porches, pool decks, and walkways. We’ll assess the surface and discuss the finish for its location and use.

Is repainting and sealing a budget-friendly floor option?

Repainting and sealing can be an affordable way to refresh suitable existing concrete. We assess surface condition, preparation needs and how the space is used before recommending a finish. See our before-and-after floor refresh project.

How much will my project cost?

Square footage, surface preparation, existing coatings, repairs, and the selected finish all affect pricing. We’ll review your project and provide an itemized quote.

How long will my garage be out of use?

Our garage epoxy installation is planned as a two-day process, followed by curing time. Your final schedule and vehicle return time will be confirmed for the materials and conditions on your project.
